About Me

I am passionate about meeting people where they are, as they are.

I began down this path by studying for my BSc in Psychology alongside raising my three wild children, navigating the chaos that comes with juggling family life, dogs, and work and study. I continued my postgraduate training at the University of South Wales, to become a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist (reg no. 397949).

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and I’m in the process of completing my Masters.

Life is messy, and complicated. But we are not supposed to navigate all of this alone.

This belief is what fuels my passion for working with people who are struggling in their lives, whatever that might look like. Creating spaces for human beings to be heard, and understood.

My values are rooted in connection - with ourselves, each other, and with the world around us.

A word on neurodivergence

I have a particular interest in neurodiversity, in part driven by the discovery in adulthood that I am neurodivergent myself. Diversity in all its forms is a beautiful thing, but I’m deeply aware of the challenges that exist in navigating a world not built for neurodivergent people.

Exploring and embracing the unique way we all work, and the challenge of finding the conditions each of us need to thrive, is at the heart of my work.
